The role of Customer Service Supervisor is crucial to the success of Fox Pest Control. Qualifications We Seek
- High School Diploma; some college education preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service
- Familiarity with computer database systems and software
- A willingness to learn and adapt
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- A genuine personality with confidence in both office and customer service interactions
- Proficiency in Spanish is a significant advantage.
