Position Summary:

As a dynamic and results-oriented Wireless Sales Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, leading, and inspiring a team of skilled Wireless Sales Professionals to meet sales objectives across various retail outlets.

Our organization is a prominent player in the retail sector, attracting significant customer traffic daily, which translates into numerous sales and commission opportunities.

While prior experience in sales or knowledge of the wireless industry is beneficial, a strong desire to learn and grow is essential.

We provide comprehensive training on wireless plans, services, devices, and promotions through continuous in-store and online educational programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of Wireless Sales Professionals.
  • Motivate teams to achieve assigned sales goals and performance metrics.
  • Oversee and ensure optimal store sales and operational performance.
  • Meet or exceed established personal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct field visits to maintain a strong presence in the market and ensure excellence.
  • Analyze performance data to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with in-store management and staff.
  • Exemplify professionalism, work ethic, and determination.
Qualifications:


Minimum of two years of experience in quota-driven sales with a proven history of achieving sales targets.
Experience in sales management is preferred.
Background in wireless, consumer electronics, or related fields is advantageous.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required.
Proven ability to multitask, manage demands, solve problems, and prioritize effectively.
