Position Overview:
As a dynamic and results-oriented Mobile Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for recruiting, guiding, and inspiring a team of skilled Wireless Sales Professionals to meet sales objectives across various retail outlets.
Our organization is a recognized leader in the retail sector, attracting significant customer traffic daily, creating ample opportunities for sales and commissions.
While prior experience in sales or knowledge of the wireless industry is beneficial, a strong desire to learn and grow is essential.
We provide comprehensive training on wireless plans, services, devices, and promotions through ongoing in-store and online sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit, lead, coach, and develop a team of Wireless Sales Professionals.
• Motivate teams to achieve assigned sales and performance targets.
• Ensure accountability for store sales and operational outcomes.
• Meet or exceed established personal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct daily field visits to maintain a strong presence in the market and ensure excellence.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports on store strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities, taking necessary actions based on market needs.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with in-store management and associates.
• Exemplify professionalism, work ethic, and determination as a representative of Acosta.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of two years of experience in quota-driven sales with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience in sales management is preferred.
• Background in wireless, consumer electronics, or related sales is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Proven ability to multitask, manage demands, solve problems, and prioritize effectively.
