Job Title: Benefits Administrator

Job Description

As a key member of the Advanced Medical Manage team, the Benefits Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting all aspects of benefit configuration. This includes programming, reviewing, and auditing benefit configuration to ensure accurate authorizations and claims processing.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of health plan websites, including knowledge of benefits information for members. They will be able to communicate effectively with health plans via phone to verify member benefits and understand eligibility checks simultaneously.

A high level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently are essential skills for this position. The successful candidate will also be computer literate, knowledgeable about software applications such as EZCAP, and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access).

This is a fast-paced environment where strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary to resolve issues promptly. A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently or within a team are highly valued.
