Job Description

Aretum is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Specialist to contribute to the company's growth and success. As a Business Operations Specialist, you will provide support in various operational areas, including policy development, process improvement, and quality assurance.

The ideal candidate will have experience designing and developing custom Microsoft PowerApps applications and Power BI dashboards. Additionally, they will be proficient in MS Office Suite and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Author and edit professional work documents, including policy statements, standard operating procedures, and governance guides.
  • Develop and maintain MS Power Apps and MS Power BI tools.
  • Provide support to projects, taskings, and programs as requested.
  • Perform quality assurance on finished work products.
  • Assume ownership of business deliverable content.
  • Support business process modernization and provide weekly or monthly status updates as required.

Requirements:

  • 2 years' experience designing, developing, and configuring custom Microsoft PowerApps applications and MS Power BI dashboards/visualizations.
  • 2 years' experience with MS Power Apps and MS Power BI.
  • Adept with MS Office Suite.
  • Organized, self-disciplined, and able to read and write English.
  • Ability to pass a federal background investigation (Public Trust).
  • U.S. citizen.

Preferred:

  • 4-year degree in a related field.
  • Prior experience working in education and/or the federal government.
  • Existing DHS or CBP Entry on Duty suitability.
