CAMBA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Director to lead our School-Based Early Support Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategic plan, fostering a macro-level mindset, and overseeing all aspects of program delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a strategic plan that aligns with CAMBA's mission and long-term goals.
- Foster a macro-level mindset that focuses on program effectiveness, staff empowerment, and achieving impactful outcomes.
- Oversee all aspects of program delivery, including staff supervision, resource allocation, logistics management, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Utilize data analysis and reporting to track program progress toward goals, identify areas for improvement, and measure program impact.
- Lead grant writing efforts to secure funding for program sustainability and growth.
- Manage program budget effectively, ensuring responsible fiscal stewardship.
- Prepare program reports and communicate program outcomes to CAMBA leadership and stakeholders.
- Oversee daily program activities and staff performance.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes staff retention and high morale.
- Promote professional development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, fostering career growth.
- Licensed Master's degree in Social Work (LMSW or LCSW) and 3 years of supervisory experience. LCSW and 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with families and children in a community setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and program databases.
- Commitment to cultural competency and anti-oppressive practice.
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care and motivational interviewing principles (a plus).
