Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Support Analyst to join our team at Freepoint Energy Solutions LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in supporting our brokers and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and coordinate responses to inbound requests for proposals, working closely with senior sales staff to ensure timely and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for tracking opportunities, responding to partner inquiries, and gathering data needed to create competitive bids.
  • Effectively manage changes to commercial bids and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
  • Engage with diverse internal stakeholders to gather feedback and input on commercial decisions, leveraging your analytical skills to drive informed decision-making.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for communication with brokers, understanding each unique business model and promoting commercial products.
  • Proactively consult with existing brokers to identify needs and promote commercial products, utilizing your sales skills to drive results.
  • Respond to inbound commercial requests and queries via telephone and email, providing follow-up and effective resolution to pending broker requests.
  • Analyze complex transaction requests, manage communication between internal stakeholders, and provide detailed feedback to external partners.
  • Develop product, market, and process knowledge to serve as a resource for our partners, driving business growth and revenue.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Retail energy industry experience preferred but not required
  • Best-in-class written and verbal communication skills
  • Track record of organization and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Ability to drive results with a strong competitive push to be the best
  • Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and make quick, fact-based decisions
  • Ability to quickly gain proficiency in multiple systems supporting Freepoint Energy Solutions customers
