About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Marcy McAnally - State Farm Agent. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies, and collaborate with internal teams to drive revenue growth.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Develop and execute marketing plans to promote our products and services to existing and potential clients.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
