The Restaurant Opening Specialist will undertake leadership, management, and organizational responsibilities, including:

  • Traveling extensively throughout designated regions to facilitate training programs at various opening sites.
Qualifications
  • Availability to travel and conduct training programs at multiple locations.
  • Ongoing participation in training to remain updated on company policies and procedures.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred; current students are encouraged to apply.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and proficient in English.
  • Certification in all stations as a Shift Leader through the company training program.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
  • High energy and a positive demeanor in all interactions.
  • Commitment to guest satisfaction and understanding restaurant operations from a customer perspective.
  • Strong communication skills with colleagues and management.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
Essential Duties
  • Follow the structured training program to acquire and impart new skills and responsibilities.
  • Adhere to and enforce directives from the management team while maintaining professionalism.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding training needs and additional guidance.
  • Manage shift schedules and monitor team attendance and performance.
  • Delegate tasks based on team members' roles and competencies.
  • Engage with guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages with a friendly attitude.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards in food preparation.
  • Oversee daily cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant environment.
  • Address guest concerns and complaints in a calm and professional manner.
  • Maintain a professional appearance by adhering to the uniform policy.
  • Foster a culture of trust and open communication within the team.
  • Model exemplary behavior and set a positive example for all team members.
