Job Title: Regional Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Team Leader to join our Water Services Group in the Southeast United States.

Job Summary:

The Regional Team Leader will be responsible for supervising a team of employees and providing mentoring, training, and leadership to inspire the team to achieve their optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting employees' career journeys and providing opportunities for growth and development.
  • Communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Actively participating in team members' career paths, including identifying and completing appropriate training and assigning challenging projects.
  • Selecting suitable mentors for employees as part of the Career Compass Mentoring Program.
  • Celebrating team members' achievements and milestones.
  • Conducting timely and authentic annual performance appraisals.
  • Leveraging and applying intellectual property, especially as it relates to Community of Practice participation.
  • Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new employees to support project workload and overall firm growth.
  • Delivering a legendary client experience with attention to quality.
  • Instilling a sense of personal ownership for work product quality among team members.
  • Coordinating workload within the Technical Services group and utilization goals for team members.
  • Responsible for the actual profit margin delivered for the team.
  • Coordinating with the Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) for appropriate technical staff assignments.
  • Delivering appropriate sales support, as coordinated with the TDM.
  • Operational tasks that support our goal to remain private.
  • Approving time sheets and expense reports in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring team members complete all required training on time.
  • Ensuring team members are compliant with QA/QC and Health & Safety procedures for project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • 10 years of related experience.
  • Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
