Technical Sales Representative Opportunity

Carlisle Construction Materials (CCM) is seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Representative to join the Syntec team for the Inter-Mountain region.

This role is responsible for driving sales growth by providing exceptional product support, technical training, and project development assistance to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel to and call on construction professionals to promote and demonstrate new product information.
  • Deliver educational presentations to construction professionals, including hands-on, classroom, and field-based training.
  • Collaborate with other company departments to achieve sales objectives and win projects.
  • Assist Regional Manager with the development and facilitation of the Territory Development Plan (TDP) process.
  • Set strategic business development and new program/product development goals.
Requirements:
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations.
  • Knowledge of CAD and Microsoft Office programs.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Technical Field or general business.
