About the Role

We're seeking a talented individual to join our Client Connectivity Services team as a Technical Account Manager. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing both internal and external client relationships across multiple product lines.

Your primary focus will be on overseeing daily team activities, ensuring smooth operations, and high morale while identifying and implementing solutions to complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full lifecycle of connectivity protocols and network types, providing hands-on support when needed
  • Continuously monitor performance metrics to improve client satisfaction and identify training needs
  • Track team performance using management reports and drive high performance through talent reviews and development initiatives
  • Serve as the primary contact during service outages and major incidents, ensuring quick and effective responses
  • Ensure compliance with policies and risk management practices, preparing for and representing the team during audits
  • Lead projects, monitor progress, and serve as an escalation point for team members and partners
  • Work on improving both manual and automated processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency
  • Represent the team in project meetings, set clear expectations, and negotiate timelines effectively
  • Provide feedback and development opportunities for the team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Support the team during weekends or holidays as needed
