Job Overview

iPromo, a leading distributor of promotional products, is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and lead a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance to distributors to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Lead a team of Brand Consultants in managing leads and inquiries to identify sales opportunities.
  • Directly oversee the Account Management team abroad to ensure seamless execution.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand sales growth and improve sales department performance.
  • Mentor and support the sales team to maximize sales opportunities and drive performance.
  • Engage in high-level conversations with clients to facilitate deal closure.
  • Design and implement promotions and incentives to motivate staff.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the promotional products industry, with a focus on sales.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing a sales team, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve desired results.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and growing accounts.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop performance-driven assumptions.
  • Exceptional client negotiation skills.
