**About the Role:**
Amazon Advertising LLC is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Account Management team in New York. As a Manager of Account Management, you will be responsible for maximizing the return on investment for our clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute business strategies tailored to client needs and revenue objectives
- Build and manage a high-performing team of account managers
- Stay up-to-date on our product suite and campaign management workflows
- Implement best practices to drive strong revenue growth and client satisfaction
**Basic Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- Experience analyzing data and assessing performance drivers
- Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
- 10+ years experience in client-facing roles
- 6+ years people management experience
- Expertise in digital marketing, analytics, and business development
- Proven track record of delivering results and contributing to revenue growth
