Role Overview

In this call center position, you will provide exceptional customer service while assisting patients from various healthcare facilities across the nation in resolving their medical financial issues. Key responsibilities include:

· Addressing inquiries from patients regarding their accounts

· Negotiating, processing, and documenting payments

· Educating patients on their financial responsibilities

· Communicating insurance details

· Adhering to HIPAA regulations



Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

· A high school diploma or GED

· A positive and enthusiastic demeanor

· A genuine sense of compassion and empathy for others

· Previous experience in a medical office setting (preferred but not required)

Compensation

Starting at $15/hour, with potential earnings up to $18/hour

Monthly performance-based incentives
