ROLE OVERVIEW:

In this role, you will play an essential part in our daily operations by overseeing the service department and developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction while controlling costs. You will diligently manage work orders, assess technician performance, track MST usage, and assist in supervising equipment repairs. Promoting transparent communication within the service team is vital, as is ensuring that all work adheres to our stringent quality standards. Your primary objectives will be to optimize returns on investments and deliver exceptional service that fosters client loyalty.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in John Deere service department operations
  • Familiarity with standard job pricing, commission structures, and fundamental financial principles related to service departments
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent organizational capabilities
  • A collaborative spirit with the ability to motivate team members
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office, and the capacity to lift up to 50 pounds
