Job Overview

Medline Industries, LP stands as the foremost national provider of medical, surgical, and pharmaceutical supplies to healthcare facilities, including hospitals, nursing homes, and home care services.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Medical Supply Chain Clerk to enhance our operational efficiency.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input daily product orders and conduct routine stock assessments, including customer pickups as required.
  • Ensure that inventory items are systematically counted, rotated, and replenished daily, adhering to established procedures.
  • Organize and manage product inventory on carts or designated areas, monitoring par levels and checking for compromised or expired items.
  • Receive incoming materials, label them with identifying details, document quantities received, and sort items for storage according to predefined criteria such as size, color, or product code.
  • Perform quality control checks, manage the movement of carts to and from loading docks, and operate material handling equipment as necessary.
  • Assist with customer inquiries while maintaining exceptional service standards.
  • Conduct housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

  • 1 to 3 months of relevant experience or training.
  • Proficiency in reading and communicating in English.
  • Basic mathematical skills (addition and subtraction) and strong interpersonal skills are essential.
  • A high sense of urgency and the ability to meet the physical demands of the role are required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.

Compensation:

The anticipated hourly wage for this position is $24.00. This figure is an estimate and actual compensation may vary based on location, education, experience, skills, and qualifications.

Benefits:

Our benefits package includes health insurance, life and disability coverage, 401(k) contributions, and paid time off for employees working an average of 30 or more hours per week. For employees working fewer than 30 hours per week, benefits include 401(k) contributions and access to various support programs.
