Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our logistics operations. This pivotal role involves leading a team of Warehouse Associates in various functions such as inventory control, receiving, shipping, and managing returns.

Key Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Supervisor, your daily tasks will include:

  • Analyzing operational data to establish key performance indicators and optimize workflow.
  • Coordinating schedules and workload planning to enhance efficiency.
  • Maintaining effective communication with internal teams and external partners to ensure quality and accuracy.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; college coursework is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • The ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds and follow both written and verbal instructions in English.
  • Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
