Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and friendly individual to join our team as a Guest Service Agent. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Check guests in and out, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with breakfast and evening Kickback service, including food preparation, setup, and cleanup.
  • Present a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote the Drury culture to customers and coworkers.
  • Work collaboratively with the front desk team to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements
  • Warm and friendly manner in relating to and interacting with the public.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with handling money, making change, and using office machines in day-to-day activities.
  • Ability to speak and receive direction (written and verbal direction) in English.
  • Willingness and ability to work alone as scheduled.
