About the Role

The Night Audit Supervisor is a key member of our Front Office team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's front desk and reservations systems. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the front desk and reservations systems, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of guest arrivals and departures.
  • Oversee the blocking and pre-registration of arriving reservations, ensuring optimal room inventory and revenue management.
  • Train new associates on front office procedures and policies, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Assist with the development of FD sold-out night strategies, working closely with the Revenue Management team.
  • Review and respond to guest inquiries and concerns, ensuring exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including Housekeeping, F&B, and Sales, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with hotel occupancy trends, reservation special packages, and VIP procedures.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient cash handling processes, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Maintain 4-Star/4-Diamond standards of guest service, delivering personalized and memorable experiences.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months hotel front office experience required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, management, and colleagues.
  • Ability to accurately and efficiently input information into computer systems, with a strong understanding of hotel software and systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
