Position Overview:

The Senior Account Manager for Cell Therapy will be responsible for fostering and enhancing professional relationships within designated academic medical centers and associated healthcare providers. This role is essential for the successful integration and utilization of our innovative therapies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demand Generation:

    Engage with healthcare professionals to promote the advantages of our CAR T therapies compared to alternative treatment options.

    Conduct daily demand generation activities, ensuring consistent outreach and achieving sales objectives.

    Map patient referral pathways within hematology networks to facilitate access to our treatments.

    Educate physicians on target patient profiles and product benefits to stimulate demand for our therapies.

    Monitor sales progress and implement action plans to meet sales targets and key performance indicators.

  • Account Engagement:

    Navigate complex account environments, understanding the diverse needs of stakeholders.

    Develop professional relationships within academic hospitals to ensure effective product introduction and utilization.

    Collaborate with Key Account Directors to support demand enablement initiatives.

    Provide timely feedback on account trends and opportunities to relevant teams.

  • Patient Access and Reimbursement Support:

    Identify patient referral pathways and assist in facilitating treatment access.

    Support case managers in managing individual patient cases as necessary.

  • CAR-T Process Support:

    Maintain oversight of the patient journey, ensuring effective coordination and access to treatment.

    Address any cancellations and manage patient transitions as required.

  • Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities:

    Advise on onboarding new treatment centers and ensure compliance with all regulations.

Qualifications:

Master's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree with 8+ years, or Associate's degree with 10+ years, or High School Diploma/GED with 12+ years of experience.

  • Strong passion for advancing innovative therapies.
  • Excellent business acumen with the ability to analyze data for informed decision-making.
  • Experience managing large accounts with strategic planning capabilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for building effective relationships.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.
