We pride ourselves on our professionalism and expertise in accounting software and scheduling integrations, allowing our clients to focus on their core trades.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements.
- Management of daily client bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, sales, and disbursements.
- Processing and posting client payroll according to established schedules.
- Calculating and submitting client sales tax returns and compliance filings as required.
- Conducting monthly reconciliations of vendor, bank, and credit card statements.
- Completing monthly closing and adjusting entries as per assigned scope.
- Utilizing accountability reporting tools effectively.
- Performing quality control reviews of own work.
- Maintaining communication with management regarding client needs and special requests.
- Engaging in special projects as assigned.
- Requesting necessary documentation from clients to facilitate bookkeeping tasks.
- Monitoring time spent on assigned accounts to adhere to budget constraints.
- Executing other duties as required to fulfill job responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- A minimum of five years of progressive accounting experience.
- Prior experience in a multi-client environment is essential.
