Job Summary

This role will follow our hybrid work model, requiring the selected candidate to work 2-3 days a week at our corporate offices in Memphis, TN.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the liaison between branches and the home office, assisting clients with processing inquiries and facilitating the resolution of any issues that arise.
  • Coordinate problem resolution with appropriate departments, informing customers of standard procedures or resolution of problems.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, determining the best method to resolve problems while adhering to company policies.
  • Provide feedback to sales, quality assurance, and product management, recommending changes to existing policies and procedures.
  • May provide guidance to less experienced representatives and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • In-depth knowledge of company policies, procedures, practices, products, and services.
  • Operations, procedures, and policies.
Skills
  • Operating standard office equipment and using required software applications to produce correspondence, reports, electronic communication, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Written and verbal communication skills sufficient to interact effectively with external and internal clients.
Education/Previous Experience
  • High School Degree or equivalent with two (2) years of customer service experience.
