Job Summary

The Patient Service Representatives are the face of Christ Community Health Services, Inc. and play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Field incoming calls and questions from patients and provide accurate information and referrals as needed.
  • Transfer calls to appropriate sources and ensure seamless communication between patients and healthcare staff.
  • Provide empathetic and compassionate support to patients, addressing their concerns and needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure patients receive the best possible care and support.
