Job Summary:

The District Sales Manager is a key role within Spencer Gifts - Spirit Halloween, responsible for the overall success of our Spirit stores. As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing store operations, and leading a team of sales associates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer engagement
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company standards and identify areas for improvement
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of merchandise
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with the district manager to develop and implement district-wide sales strategies

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a sales or retail management role
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer engagement
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
