Job Overview

Elo Roofing is seeking a dedicated Project Manager with a strong focus on sales to drive our business forward. This role offers flexible commitments to suit various lifestyles and income goals.


Position Types:
  • Spare Time: A commitment of 4-8 hours per week, generating an average monthly income of $2000 to $4000.
  • Part Time: A commitment of 8-25 hours per week, with potential earnings of $6000 to $8000 monthly.
  • Full Time: A commitment of 40-50 hours per week, yielding an average of $10,000 to $12,000 monthly, with top performers earning significantly more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct exterior inspections to assess roofing conditions.
  • Provide recommendations to homeowners based on inspection findings.
  • Guide homeowners through their roofing replacement options.
  • Establish trust and rapport with clients by exceeding expectations.
  • Close sales after evaluating damages and presenting solutions.
  • Meet daily and weekly targets for inspections and signed contracts.
  • Adapt to changes while maintaining organization and a positive attitude.
  • Effectively manage your sales pipeline and job progress.
  • Maintain open communication with sales leadership and clients.
  • Utilize our in-house CRM to track leads and customer information.
