Client Overview:

Our client is a prominent consumer goods firm seeking a Financial Operations Associate.

Compensation:

$23 – $25/hr based on experience

Role Overview:

Our client is in search of a seasoned Financial Operations Associate to assist with daily financial responsibilities including bank reconciliations, ACH transactions, vendor invoice processing, expense report analysis, and check disbursements. A keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and reliability are essential for the ideal candidate. The preferred Financial Operations Associate is a proactive team member who is diligent and highly driven.

Key Responsibilities of the Financial Operations Associate:
  • Conduct bank reconciliations
  • Perform financial account analysis
  • Reconcile accounts payable entries and evaluate accounts
  • Prepare invoices for payment processing
  • Execute weekly check disbursements
Required Qualifications for the Financial Operations Associate:
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in finance or accounting
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office is essential
  • Highly organized with exceptional multitasking abilities
  • Must be a self-motivated individual capable of working independently
Educational Background:
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred
