Job Overview

Position: Community Canvassers and Team Leaders

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with the public in a courteous and engaging manner
  • Communicate essential campaign messages and gather insightful feedback from voters
  • Participate in training sessions to refine outreach techniques
  • Adhere to safety protocols and health guidelines throughout the campaign

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Committed to advancing progressive values and democratic participation

- Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for community interaction

- Motivated individual eager to connect with diverse populations

- Open-minded and willing to develop campaign-related skills

- Culturally aware and respectful in engaging with team members and the community

- Previous canvassing experience is not mandatory.

Compensation Details: Standard wages begin at $21.50/hour, with paid training days at $20/hour. Leadership roles offer starting pay at $23/hour, along with opportunities for raises, bonuses for drivers, and incentives for referring friends.
