Job Overview

The Operations Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the Sales Department's strategic and tactical plans. This individual will work closely with the Sales Operations Manager to ensure seamless execution of special projects, administrative functions, and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support special projects, such as improving delivery and quality metrics, and administrative activities with Sales to enable Account Managers to focus on customer contacts.
  • Perform activities as directed by the Sales Operations Administrator related to Sales metrics, including data analysis and reporting.
  • Prepare, facilitate, and record training for all Sales personnel, including onboarding new Sales Assistants and Sales personnel.
  • Maintain the Sales EPDS Manual and review and update policies and procedures for the Sales Department.
  • Meet, coordinate, and support activities with other CTG Departments to ensure alignment on Sales and Operations objectives.
  • Monitor inbound PO's and work with Sales to keep dates current/updated as needed.
  • Monitor RMA/RTV progress and work with Sales employees to resolve all issues within the 30-day requirement.
  • Audit sales processes and work as needed to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Evaluate unforeseen/unplanned issues that arise with procedures and processes to determine the best course of action.
  • Maintain and update documents on the Sales team page on the Intranet.
  • Support the Sales department in OST meetings and internal audits.
Requirements
  • 0-3 years of project management, supply chain, and/or operations experience.
  • B.A./B.S. from an accredited university desired, or equivalent experience; Masters preferred.
  • Defense and Aerospace experience preferred.
  • Experience with a QMS and process-driven environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organization and task management skills.
