Position Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a bilingual (Spanish Speaking) Medical Office Registrar.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome patients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Manage incoming calls, ensuring proper screening and routing, while documenting relevant information in the patient's electronic medical record.
  • Accurately schedule appointments for healthcare providers.
  • Facilitate prior authorizations for referral orders and maintain documentation of authorization status in the medical records.
  • Collect patient payments, including account balances, co-insurance, copays, and deductibles; prepare daily financial batches and deposits.
  • Coordinate follow-up appointments or procedures for patients, track no-show instances, and assist with document scanning.
  • Ensure proper handling and routing of incoming faxes and documentation.
  • Possess a minimum of 2 years of administrative experience within a healthcare environment, with a focus on insurance verification and prior authorizations.
  • Fluency in Spanish is required.
Compensation

Hourly Rate: $21.00 to $24.00
