Job Title: Accounting Specialist

At LHH Recruitment Solutions, we are seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial records.
  • Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements.
  • Process invoices, payments, and expense reports in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
  • Communicate with vendors and clients to resolve any billing or payment issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting regulations.
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed.
  • Manage AIA billing processes, including preparation and submission of AIA documents.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with AIA billing processes is preferred.

Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
