As a key member of our business development/sales team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing capture plans, building customer relationships, and providing valuable insights to inform product development and deployment. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining sales forecasts and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic capture plans to drive new business opportunities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Provide critical insights to inform product development and deployment strategies
  • Manage sales forecasts and performance metrics to drive revenue growth

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in direct RF amplifier sales or a related field
