We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Hotel Indigo Flushing. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and exceed sales targets
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure effective sales execution and customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives
- 4-year college degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a comparable hotel size and scope
- Proven track record of sales success and revenue growth
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
