Certified Nursing Assistant I

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant I to join our Long Term Care Unit team at Northern Light Health. As a key member of our care team, you will provide direct and indirect patient care under the direction of our nursing staff.
Responsibilities- Communicate Effectively: Interact with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and successful patient outcomes.
- Provide Patient Care: Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as transfer and transport patients as needed.
- Document Patient Information: Accurately and thoroughly document patient care and progress in a timely manner.
- Participate in Quality Improvement: Collaborate with the care team to identify and implement quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient care and satisfaction.
- Ensure a Safe Environment: Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, employees, and visitors, and report any hazards or safety concerns to management.
- Certified Nursing Assistant certification
- No Minimum Requirement for education
- Ability to Lift, Move, and Load 30 to 50 pounds
- Flexibility with Scheduling to accommodate day, evening, night, and weekend shifts
