Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Oak Grove Center. As a CNA, you will work alongside a Licensed/Registered Nurse to directly impact patients'/residents' quality of life by assisting with their activities of daily living (ADLs). You will also ensure that our patients/residents and their families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere.

Responsibilities
  • Assist patients/residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients/residents
  • Assist with feeding, toileting, and transferring patients/residents
  • Monitor patients'/residents' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff
  • Participate in the development and implementation of patient/resident care plans
Requirements
  • Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program and current certification required
  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and visitors and respond to their medical and physical needs
