Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to become a vital part of our outpatient primary care team.

About the Role:
This position is designed for a newly certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, eager to contribute to a collaborative environment alongside a team of physicians and advanced practice providers.

You will take on a leadership role, delivering direct patient care, assisting in clinical decision-making, and developing comprehensive treatment plans to enhance the quality of care provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and offer counseling and medication management for adult patients.
- Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in the development and implementation of treatment strategies.

Work Environment:
Enjoy a structured weekday schedule that includes 32 hours of patient interaction and 8 hours dedicated to administrative tasks. You will work in a modern and comfortable medical office that provides a full spectrum of primary care services.
