About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Oak Grove Center. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families
  • Work collaboratively with licensed nurses to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to nursing staff
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements
  • Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program and current certification
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
