Job Summary

Caliber Collision Centers has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative to perform a variety of duties, including greeting and providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment and possess effective verbal and written communication skills. Additionally, they will be able to navigate multiple software systems and work through competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
  • Monitor work volume and recommend load level requests when necessary
  • Coordinate with Rental Car/Tow companies to provide one-stop service to customers
  • Maintain a broad knowledge base of insurance partner requirements regarding authorizations, billing, and load level processes
