Job Summary

Rock West Composites, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrative Assistant to support our HR department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and update HR databases.
  • Attendance and Timekeeping: Track employee attendance and timekeeping, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Report Preparation: Assist with regularly scheduled reports, performance reports, and communications.
  • HR Projects and Audits: Support various HR projects and audits as needed.
  • Talent Acquisition: Assist with talent acquisition tasks, including candidate sourcing, conducting reference checks, and performing employment verifications.
  • Onboarding: Complete various onboarding tasks to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Team Player: Demonstrate a strong team player attitude, being hungry, humble, and people-smart.
  • Compliance: Comply with Rock West Composites' company policies, procedures, and code of business conduct.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 12 months of Human Resource administrative experience.
  • Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills; current computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred.

Compensation

The hourly range for this position falls within $24-$28. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skillset, and other factors permitted by law.
