Human Resources Coordinator

Rock West Composites, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrative Assistant to support our HR department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations.
Key Responsibilities- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and update HR databases.
- Attendance and Timekeeping: Track employee attendance and timekeeping, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Report Preparation: Assist with regularly scheduled reports, performance reports, and communications.
- HR Projects and Audits: Support various HR projects and audits as needed.
- Talent Acquisition: Assist with talent acquisition tasks, including candidate sourcing, conducting reference checks, and performing employment verifications.
- Onboarding: Complete various onboarding tasks to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Team Player: Demonstrate a strong team player attitude, being hungry, humble, and people-smart.
- Compliance: Comply with Rock West Composites' company policies, procedures, and code of business conduct.
- Education: High School diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 12 months of Human Resource administrative experience.
- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills; current computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred.
- Medical and Dental: 100% employer-paid.

The hourly range for this position falls within $24-$28. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skillset, and other factors permitted by law.
