Job Description

Norco, Inc is a leading provider of medical equipment and supplies, and we are currently seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Medical Store Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to walk-in and phone-in customers, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of medical products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
  • Order Processing: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, including inputting orders into our computer system.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked showroom, ensuring that products are easily accessible to customers.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work with diverse clientele.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the telephone.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods, with occasional lifting and carrying of objects up to 100 lbs.
