Role Overview

The Business Solutions Production Support Clerk I must possess effective communication skills, collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, adhere to deadlines, and demonstrate strong organizational and time management abilities. The role requires maintaining independence while managing various projects and responsibilities.

Key Performance Outcomes

Payment Processing and Member Assistance

  • Ensure accurate processing and input of member payments.
  • Assist Member Services as required through incoming communications.
  • Handle new member applications efficiently.
  • Manage reinstatements, cancellations, and modifications to memberships.
  • Facilitate upgrades and downgrades of memberships.

Productivity Expectations

  • Meet daily and monthly productivity goals related to clerical output.
  • Process all incoming business promptly, adhering to production timelines.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
  • 0-1+ years of experience in customer service roles.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Self-motivated individual with a positive attitude, capable of working independently or as part of a team.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proactive service-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving results.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
