Role Overview

As a Business Expert at Apple, you will play a key role in helping businesses thrive by introducing Apple solutions, technology, and services. You will spend time on the sales floor, meeting with business customers to understand their needs and generate new leads. You will work with the Business Team to prepare and present proposals, and collaborate with customers to craft the ideal solutions for their businesses. Your goal will be to engage customers and help them think about the possibilities of Apple technology in their businesses, ultimately driving success for both your team and our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Introduce Apple solutions, technology, and services to business customers
• Meet with business customers to understand their needs and generate new leads
• Work with the Business Team to prepare and present proposals
• Collaborate with customers to craft the ideal solutions for their businesses
• Engage customers and help them think about the possibilities of Apple technology in their businesses

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of how businesses use technology and what Apple solutions can offer them
• Comfort using the phone to interact with customers and position business solutions
• Ability to facilitate business experiences through in-store briefings, workshops, and events
• Contribute to an inclusive environment through respecting each other's differences and having the curiosity to learn
• Demonstrate Apple's values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities
• At least one year of experience selling in the business market
• Comfortable developing qualified leads by phone
• Strong people and presentation skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexibility with your schedule, with work hours based on business needs

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
