Product Test Solutions Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Test Solutions Engineer to join our team at Micron Technology. As a key member of our Test Solutions Engineering department, you will be responsible for developing, debugging, and maintaining test programs that help deliver our world-class DRAM portfolio to market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and support test programs from new product introduction phase up through high volume manufacturing
- Write test programs and support scripts in C++ and Python
- Contribute to the definition of next-generation 'design for test' capabilities
- Analyze device and test flow data to inform test coverage decisions
- Balance test time objectives with optimal yield and quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver the right test solution
- Strong understanding of hardware fundamentals and programming capability in C++ or Python
- Knowledge of digital systems, logic gate representation, and CMOS transistor operation
- Intermediate to advanced programming skills
- Basic Unix/Linux environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic statistics and data analytics
