In this role, you will use your expertise to close sales, win new business, and build long-term relationships with clients. You will attend our award-winning training program and join a sales team that works with both new and existing clients to sell human resources solutions, making employees' lives better with high-quality benefits offerings across the hire-to-retire spectrum.

About the Role:
  • You will be responsible for cultivating relationships with Human Resources and executive decision-makers, setting appointments, gathering leads from established internal partners, and assessing buyer needs to present the best ADP solutions.
  • You will serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and overall network while demonstrating grace under pressure and the highest ethical standards.
  • You will have the opportunity to work within a defined territory to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals by implementing a top-down sales strategy.
Requirements:
  • A positive self-starter with an upbeat, persistent style and the ability to cold call without fear of rejection.
  • A strategic closer with experience carrying a quota in outside business-to-business sales and an impressive track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory and relationships.
  • A proven winner with an ambitious spirit and the ability to thrive under pressure, motivating you to not only hit sales quotas but exceed them.
