Senior Manager Human Resources
OverviewThis role is responsible for managing and planning the day-to-day Human Resources functions with a strong focus on organizational culture, employee and labor relations, recruitment, and coordinating employee onboarding, performance management, and workforce communications.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and government reporting regulations for all HR functions, and maintain policies and procedures accordingly.
- Standardize the company's hiring practices by identifying departmental needs and training hiring managers on effective and compliant strategies.
- Oversee recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference and background checks, and selecting candidates for vacant positions.
The estimated annual salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 depending on experience. The company offers full Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance (no waiting period) and matching 401(k) to every active consultant/temp.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 3 years of generalist experience, a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, thorough knowledge of employment law and benefits packages, strong communication skills, both written and verbal, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), and certification in Human Resources (PHR or similar) is a plus.
