Responsibilities:

  • Operate a company step van in designated areas to provide products and services to customers.
  • Perform daily vehicle checks and maintain accurate records.
  • Manage daily routes independently to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Load and unload products according to company policies and guidelines.
  • Review invoices daily for accuracy and make necessary corrections.
  • Meet sales goals and promote route growth to enhance profitability.
  • Develop leads, prospect new customers, prepare service agreements, and install new accounts.
  • Assist the sales organization in procuring new business.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of services, policies, and pricing methods and communicate effectively with customers.
  • Monitor customer feedback and handle issues promptly and courteously.
  • Prioritize personal safety and watch out for the safety of others.

Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license with an excellent driving record.
  • Customer service experience with diverse customer interactions.
  • Strong math and basic computer skills.
  • Experience selling services/products and generating new business (preferred).
  • Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and think quickly to resolve customer concerns.
