Job Summary:
">- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily routes, delivering products, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
">- Operate a company step van in designated areas to provide products and services to customers.
- Perform daily vehicle checks and maintain accurate records.
- Manage daily routes independently to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Load and unload products according to company policies and guidelines.
- Review invoices daily for accuracy and make necessary corrections.
- Meet sales goals and promote route growth to enhance profitability.
- Develop leads, prospect new customers, prepare service agreements, and install new accounts.
- Assist the sales organization in procuring new business.
- Maintain a strong understanding of services, policies, and pricing methods and communicate effectively with customers.
- Monitor customer feedback and handle issues promptly and courteously.
- Prioritize personal safety and watch out for the safety of others.
Requirements:
">- A valid driver's license with an excellent driving record.
- Customer service experience with diverse customer interactions.
- Strong math and basic computer skills.
- Experience selling services/products and generating new business (preferred).
- Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and think quickly to resolve customer concerns.
