Restaurant Host Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Restaurant Host to provide exceptional guest experiences at Fixins Soul Kitchen. As the first point of contact, you will set the tone for a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Warm and Welcoming: Greet guests with genuine enthusiasm and attentiveness, ensuring a comfortable and memorable arrival.
  • Expert Seating: Utilize our computerized reservation and table management system to ensure efficient table turnover while prioritizing guest comfort and preferences.
  • Impeccable Communication: Possess exceptional communication skills, both in-person and on the phone, to answer inquiries, manage waitlists, and convey information clearly and concisely.
  • Guest Experience: Understand and anticipate guest needs, providing personalized attention and exceeding expectations to create a memorable dining experience.
  • Team Player: Collaborate seamlessly with restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations and a positive dining environment for all guests.
  • Professionalism: Maintain a polished and professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Upscale Dining Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of upscale dining etiquette and service standards.

Qualifications:
