Job Title: Tech Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Support Specialist to join our team at Air Academy Federal Credit Union. As a Tech Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our members and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to members and staff via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Perform day-to-day network administration duties, including user settings, network shares, and resolution of user problems.
  • Readies new computers and peripherals for service and use.
  • Willingness to learn Credit Union specific Applications.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills required.
  • Must be able to work as part of a team.
Requirements:
  • Tier I - Two years of study in computer science or a related field or information technology certificate required. Related experience may be considered in lieu of certificate; combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Tier II - 1+ years' experience with BA/BS degree in a technical field or equivalent (in lieu of BA/BS degree, this position requires additional 4 years working experience or 2-year Associates degree plus 2 years working experience).
Benefits:
  • The pay ranges represent the low and high end of the base salary range for this position. This position is eligible for an annual corporate bonus based on overall performance.
  • Tier I (GV $ $26.15 per hour
  • Tier II (GV $ $28.75 per hour
