As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing required accounting for assigned clients, utilizing Quickbooks for accounting of assigned clients, and preparing required state franchise tax compliance.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review required accounting for assigned clients
  • Utilize Quickbooks for accounting of assigned clients
  • Prepare required state franchise tax compliance
  • Prepare sales & use tax reports as requested
  • Prepare required tax forms 1099, 1042, etc.
  • Review and assist tax staff with tax and accounting projects
  • Assist in special projects as requested
  • Meet and report weekly with the CEO
  • Work with international clients on tax and special projects
