As a key member of our team at BG Staffing Inc, the Escrow Account Manager will play a vital role in achieving branch strategic and financial objectives. This includes establishing and overseeing efficient closing/settlement processes, developing internal and external customer relationships, preparing and maintaining branch budgets, and managing and developing branch staff.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating with business partners to ensure smooth transitions and support between land, construction, sales, accounting, and mortgage
- Ensuring quality customer service and monitoring/responding to the company's customer service management system
- Reviewing and responding to monthly quality and accounting audits
- Marketing the value of services to customers, realtors, and other lenders
- Maintaining thorough and current knowledge of all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures
- Staying informed about competitors' products, services, and costs
- Promoting branch participation in division/community events and aligning with company values and culture
- Identifying and mitigating operational risks, ensuring ongoing compliance with procedures
Management responsibilities include:
- Evaluating employee performance and planning compensation actions accordingly
- Providing developmental opportunities through internal and external training
- Maintaining staff schedules for adequate coverage at all times
- Supervising, coaching, and developing staff regarding service expectations, policies, procedures, products, systems, and transactions
Requirements include:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Escrow Officer license required
Minimum 3-5 years of escrow operations experience required. Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Excel, OneNote. Recognized as a thought leader in the field. Motivated to act without outside assistance.
